Fossil & Stone is hosted by Lightspeed Retail Point of Sale. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform which allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Lightspeed’s databases, data storage, and general Lightspeed application. Lightspeed POS is Privacy Shield Certified, a mechanism to comply with data protection requirements when transferring personal data in support of transatlantic commerce.
